The company was a company limited by shares which was established through overall change of Changzhou Nanfang Medical Appliance Factory Co., Ltd. on October 31, 2012, and its registered capital is RMB 75 million.
Since its establishment, the company has mainly engaged in research and development, production and sales of products such as transdermal products, medical proof fabric, adhesive tapes and bandages, sports protection products, first-aid kits and care products. Its main products are band-aids, plasters, medical proof fabric, adhesive tapes and bandages, applications, sports protection products, first-aid kits and care products, etc. In the domestic market, it has established a good cooperative partnership with Yunnan Baiyao Group, and become the exclusive product provider of Yunnan Baiyao band-aids and some plaster products; in the international market, the company has established long-term and stable cooperative partnerships with branded medical dressing companies in the countries such as U.S., Japan, Germany, Russia, Italy, Australia and Algeria, and provided them with product design, development and production services. Band-aids, plasters, medical proof fabric, adhesive tapes and bandages, applications and other products of the company have had relatively high market reputation and brand influence in the domestic and international markets.
The company has paid high attention to product research and development over the years. It is at the leading level in the industry in aspects of viscose punching technology, highly absorbent hydrogel preparation technology, EVA-film band-aid technology, drug dipping technology, silk breathable tape punching technology, universal fine-tuned die carrier technology, hydrocolloid dressing technology, etc.
The company has passed GMP certification conforming to requirements of the national Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmaceutical Products, and obtained drug production license and medical equipment production license. It is one of the few companies which concurrently have GMP certificate, drug production license and medical equipment production license. A number of products of the company have passed TÜV SÜD’s ISO13485 quality system certification and CE certification; medical adhesive tapes and other products have passed U.S. FDA registration; the company has passed certification of Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.
