Guangzhou Aquila Precise Tools Limited is one of the premiere medical instruments making manufacturers in China. It was invested in February 1, 2000 by Hong Kong Li Wai Tools Industrial Co Ltd. We have 150,000 square feet facility houses and 15,000 square feet R&D building with beautiful environment and gardens.
We have a strong and young management and engineering team with about 30 professional R&Ds which around 25% of the total staffs. And there are 1 Ph. D and 2 Masters, who professionally engaged in medical instrument research. We have strong technical power and ability of research, development and innovation. For these years, we made a great contribution in medical device field.
We specialize medical instrument in Orthopedic Surgeon, Neurosurgery, Joint System, Spine, Trauma, Sport Medicine, Dental and OEM custom made medical instruments and products. We are a well-known professional production facility of medical instruments both in China and oversea. We are committed to research , produce, and sell classⅡand class Ⅲ device. The products are extensively used by many domestic hospitals including the first hospital affiliated to Sun Yat-Sen University. Our production site also has many advance equipment from Germany, the U.S. and Japan such as CNC Lathe, CNC Grinder and CNC Center are bought to produce the precision of the products. We are one of the best companies of precision instruments production with leading technology. Products are selling domestic and worldwide.
We take a positive response to the government policy of “Production, Study and Research”. In 2009, we established a R&D Center operated together with the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University and Guangdong University of Technology for Orthopedic Medical Instrument; In 2012, the “National Engineering Research Center for Healthcare Devices-Engineering Laboratory for Orthopedic Surgical Instrument and Dental Equipment Manufacturing” , “Medical instrument and Biological Material Research Center” were established together with the Guangdong Institute of Medical Instruments and Guangdong University of Technology; In 2015, we declare the project of “the Construction of Guangzhou Aquila Precise Tools R&D Institution ” and this project is in publicity stage now.
In 2009, we cooperate with Guangdong University of Technology to undertake the project of Panyu Science and Technology ——“Design and Manufacturing of New Medical Bit ”. In 2011, we participated the High –Level Talents in Higher Education of Guangdong, China and Panyu District Science and Technology Program of China named “Research on drilling performance of new medical drills”. We lead the International Co-operation Project of Guangzhou Science and Technology Program in 2013. The program name was “Research on Application of the Advanced Plasma Surface Alloying Technology –New-Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Abrasion Medical Devices and Surgical Tools”. In 2015, we participated “Guangzhou Science and Technology Project”. They are “Manufacturing Technology Research and Industrialization of Key Surgical Instruments in Hip Replacement” and “Development and Industrialization of a New Type of High Performance Minimally Invasive Ceramic Based Drilling Tool ” Both of them are in publicity stage now. We established the long-term cooperation relationship with the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University, Huaguang Stomatological Hospital, General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region, South Hospital of Southern Medical University, Zhujiang Hospital and Huizhou People’s Hospital.
