Founded in 2001, Chemtron has been committed to manufacturing In Vitro Diagnostic test kits sold around the world. Chemtron has established business relationships in over 60 countries through Chemtron’s test kits under the Chemtrue® brand as well as OEM packaging. This success has led Chemtron to become one of the leading manufacturers of rapid diagnostic test kits.
Chemtron’s manufacturing site is located in Shanghai, China and houses 130,000 square feet of state-of-the-art medical diagnostic test manufacturing space.
In 2010, Chemtron Biotech, Inc. was established in San Diego, California, providing Research and Development, Customer Service, Marketing, and Technical Support to the International Market. Due to the rapid growth and success of US Chemtron, a new U.S. manufacturing facility was built in 2013 allowing for Chemtron to offer complete end-to-end service for Drugs of Abuse products in the U.S. Market.
Chemtron currently holds multiple FDA 510k and CE certifications for various products and is also ISO 13485:2012 certified. Briefly, Chemtron’s portfolio of products currently includes tests and devices that aid in the diagnosis of several disease or condition states, including:
